CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a courtesy to myself and other clients, I kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to provide me with 48 hours’ notice, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-show/no-call appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. I understand that emergencies do occur and I will do my best to accommodate you in such situations. However, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
